
PETALING JAYA: Setia Awan’s development Sena Residences, located at Seksyen 14 in Shah Alam, has achieved 98% take-up rate for its Tower B and D since their launch in December last year.
“The strong reception we have seen for the first two towers of Sena Residences is highly encouraging. It is a testament that Setia Awan’s approach of maximising space and offering great value for purchases of all stages of life, is matching current market demands,” sales and marketing and corporate communication general manager Miles Chan said.
Following the strong take-up, Setia Awan has started the sales of the final two blocks comprising 1,102 service apartments and Small-office-Home-office (SoHo) transit units. Sena Residences is located approximately 30m from the upcoming LRT3 Dato Menteri station.
“We are catering to the demands of a new generation. One that wants their own space at an affordable price and one that wants to be intrinsically connected to the rest of the city through public transport,” Chan added.
He said the SoHo transit units fulfil the demand, offering a bedroom, a living room and a kitchenette for just RM230,000.
The developer also announces that it is engaging with established tenants across healthcare, wellness, fitness and food and beverage services for its commercial shoplots below the Sena Residences.
