JOHOR: Eco Spring by EcoWorld Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) celebrated a significant milestone with the signing ceremony for three prominent tenants at Santai Square, its new lifestyle-focused commercial hub. This event marks a vital step in enhancing the Eco Spring township, positioning Santai Square as a vibrant destination for business and leisure.
Located in Tebrau, Santai Square offers flexible strata shop offices suitable for various businesses, including grocers, cafes and educational centres. The newly signed anchor tenants are Jaya Grocer, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (CBTL) and Titan Preschool. At the ceremony, alongside EcoWorld deputy chief executive officer Liew Tian Xiong were Jaya Grocer chief executive officer Daniel Teng, CBTL assistant operations manager Nicholas Ooi and Titan Preschool managing director Sunny Lee.
Jaya Grocer will occupy 10 units covering 13,832 sq ft, providing essential daily goods. CBTL will introduce a unique drive-thru concept in a space of 2,882 sq ft, catering to on-the-go customers while Titan Preschool will establish an early childhood education hub over 13,078 sq ft across three levels.
