KUALA LUMPUR: Riana Dutamas, a freehold residential enclave in Segambut developed by IJM Land Bhd and FCW Holdings Bhd, introduces its final phase Stellaris. With a gross development value of RM1.95bil, this project builds on the success of its earlier phases, Savio and Savvy.
Savio was launched as the inaugural phase and achieved a 70% take-up rate in its first year. The 1,018-unit project was delivered ahead of schedule, with vacant possession granted in September 2021. Savvy followed, enhancing the appeal of Riana Dutamas with 921 serviced residences and timely delivery in November 2024, despite pandemic-related challenges. Both earned GreenRe Bronze certification and strong Qlassic scores of 81% and 85% respectively.
