It has committed to obtaining GreenRE certification for all residential projects, widening the culture of sustainable homeownership with long term building efficiency performance in energy, water, as well as a greener surrounding, underscored by the award winning developments Centrum Iris and KITA Sejati. 

Recognising the primacy of renewable energy (RE) for a decarbonised future, the group has initiated the implementation of solar energy in its headquarter and sales galleries and invested in the development of RE energy sources. In Senawang, Negeri Sembilan, LBS’ solar farm project is on track for completion and operation is expected to commence in 2026. The solar farm is projected to produce 53,000 MWh of clean energy annually, offset 35,000 tonnes of CO2 and generate 53,000 Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) each year, contributing to the decarbonisation agenda of the national electricity grid as well as reinventing the building industry with sustainable building practices.
