Estuari Gardens is one of UEM Sunrise’s property projects

PETALING JAYA: Property developer UEM Sunrise Bhd is disposing of a piece of freehold agriculture land belonging to Nusajaya Greens Sdn Bhd, an indirect subsidiary, for RM82.09mil.

It noted that the fair valuation of the land carried out by KGV International Property Consultants Sdn Bhd was RM75.78mil.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the proposed disposal is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018,” it said, adding that the disposal would be conditional upon the Economic Planning Unit’s approval that KII must obtain within six months of the sale and purcahse agreement date.
