KOTA KEMUNING: As twentyfive7 continues to redefine community living in Kota Kemuning, it welcomes several new tenants to its dynamic lineup of offerings, further affirming the township's dedication to crafting a meticulously planned, interconnected community. These additions reinforce the vision of a seamless environment where residents effortlessly navigate from home to park, mall, dining, education and commercial hubs.

“We are immensely proud of the strides twentyfive7 has taken since its inception in 2017. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Quayside Mall has flourished, boasting near-full tenancy and serving approximately 600,000 visitors each month. Key tenants such as Jaya Grocer, Harvey Norman, MBO Cinemas, Rong Cuisine and Mr DIY have become integral parts of the mall's vibrant ecosystem,” said twentyfive7 general manager Suzan Ong.

“In addition to this lineup, we are delighted to welcome new additions to Quayside Mall, including Jungle Gym, Mini Studio, Cross Kitchen and Red Spice. Moreover, the introduction of Toyota’s first 3S Service Centre in a shopping mall underscores Toyota’s confidence in the limitless potential of twentyfive7. They recognise the opportunity to leverage our thriving foot traffic and the comprehensive ecosystem we have cultivated, providing convenience to their customers who can enjoy Quayside Mall’s offerings while their cars are serviced,” she added.

Adjacent to Quayside Mall stands Quayside Tower, the sole office tower in the vicinity, which is also nearing full occupancy with the recent addition of Good School. Established in 2015, Good School is a leading institution dedicated to empowering students through performance and language programs, fostering confidence, critical thinking, and academic excellence. With experienced educators dedicated to student success, Good School ensures continuous professional development to innovate teaching in the digital age.

“As a prominent Cambridge IGCSE centre, Good School will be establishing their newest international school campus - The Good International School in September 2024, offering a comprehensive schooling programme, setting high standards for education in the community. Recognising the vitality and abundance of amenities within twentyfive7, particularly in the vicinity of Quayside Mall, we were certain that Quayside Tower was the ideal location for our new International School Campus. Leveraging the existing amenities at Quayside Mall, including the football field, Quay Hall and a newly built rooftop basketball court on campus, our forthcoming campus will span over 50,000 square feet. It will enable us to offer affordable international education to the community and, at the same time, provide top-notch facilities such as a performance hall and robotics lab,” said Good School director Yeoh Shu Wen.

With esteemed brands like Q-dees, Kiddypedia, Inside Scoop and Ollie & Hana joining the mix, residents and visitors can look forward to a diverse array of options conveniently available, spanning from fresh groceries and delightful dining experiences to convenient services, education and entertainment.

To cultivate a strong sense of community within twentyfive7, Gamuda Land created Quayside, a seven-acre pet-friendly Central Park nestled in the heart of the township. Now expanding to 20 acres with the Community Park, Linear Park and the recently opened Wellness Park, these developments are designed to further enhance community cohesion and well-being.

Gamuda Land’s commitment to community integration extends to the commercial sector with the recently launched Quayside Square, featuring meticulously crafted two and three-storey individual-titled shop offices. This development caters to the growing demand for commercial spaces within the community. Positioned within walking distance from Quayside Mall and adjacent to the Wellness Park, it capitalises on the thriving commercial environment.

With over 3,645 units of homes delivered to customers and an anticipated 15,000 residents by the end of 2024, twentyfive7 presents a compelling opportunity for businesses and investors. For more information about twentyfive7, visit https://gamudaland.com.my/twentyfive7/.
