PETALING JAYA: TA Global has launched Tower B of Amaya Residences, following the success of Tower A which has achieved an 80% take-up rate. With a gross development value (GDV) of RM1bil, Amaya Residences is part of Ativo Annexe, the newest mixed-use phase in the Damansara Avenue masterplan.
Amaya Residences Tower B comprises 634 units, ranging from 539 sq ft to 1,181 sq ft across one- to three-bedroom homes. More than 100 resort-inspired amenities come together to create a private sanctuary of leisure and connection, shaping a residential experience that goes beyond the expected.
TA Global chief executive officer Tiah Joo Kim said Tower B extends the urban resort living introduced in Tower A to its fuller expression.
“We have enhanced the design to strengthen social connections, responding directly to what modern families value most. It is a thoughtful progression of our original vision, offering a mature environment where everyday restoration feels effortless," he said.
The launch also featured the grand finale lucky draw for its 8xcellence Celebration Reward Campaign, awarding lucky homebuyers of Amaya Residences and The Arden a Tesla Model Y, holiday packages and cash prizes. The top prize winner, Ooh Fei Ru received a brand new Tesla from TA Global chief operating officer Lee Yen Foong.
