PETALING JAYA: ML Global Bhd announced to rename the company as Malaysian Generations Builder (MGB) Bhd after the resolution was passed during the company’s extraordinary meeting (EGM) recently.
In a statement released by the company, the proposal was to better reflect the company’s corporate identity and also to diversify their existing business.
As part of the diversification by the company, MGB plans to diverge into the property development and property investment sector.
Previously the company embarked into engineering and construction, among others. MGB is a unit under LBS Bina Group Bhd.
