PETALING JAYA: IJM Land has now opened for sale Sutera phase two at S2 Heights Aman, Seremban 2, comprising 104 units of two-storey link homes. The park features a three-acre Kidz Venture Park, a large-scale motion-responsive interactive light zone, a pet zone and a 6.6m-tall sculpture by Malaysian sculptor Nizam Abdullah.
According to IJM Land, it has invested approximately RM6.8mil in the recreational and lifestyle elements in S2 Heights Aman.
