SELANGOR: Myra, the residential arm of Oriental Interest Bhd (OIB), is collaborating with Panasonic Malaysia to equip all open market units in its Myra Senja development with essential, energy-efficient appliances. This initiative aims to elevate residential offerings in Subang 2 by providing homes with modern essentials, simplifying the move-in process for today's homebuyers.

Myra Senja offers spacious units ranging from 1,101 sq ft to 1,409 sq ft, priced from RM658,000 to RM988,200. The mixed-use service residence comprises three towers catering to young families and professionals seeking practical living spaces.

Each home will come with a curated package of appliances, including inverter air-conditioners, electric water heaters and induction hobs. In a limited-time introductory offer, larger units will also include a washer-dryer combination and a multi-door refrigerator.

“Homebuyers today appreciate something more than a bare unit. They want modern essentials that allow them to settle in with fewer complications, without the stress of sourcing appliances, incurring major fit-out expenses or dealing with technical installation issues. This partnership reflects our continued shift towards developments shaped by thoughtful design and modern lifestyle needs,” said Myra chief operating officer Wendy Lim.

“As one of the leading home appliance solution providers, we are delighted to collaborate on sustaining homes with high-quality electrical products. With our intelligent and efficient technologies, residents can enjoy an improved lifestyle, better appliance choices and greater comfort in their own homes. Guided by our new brand action tagline, Create Today. Enrich Tomorrow, Panasonic remains committed to enhancing holistic well-being and developing green products that not only improve lifestyles but also contribute towards a more sustainable and eco-friendlier world,” said Panasonic Malaysia associate director Seelan Kandasamy.

Present at the signing alongside Lim and Kandasamy were Myra people and growth chief Akil Hassan, luxe business unit general manager Emidoyo Phang and Panasonic Malaysia marketing general manager Shinichi Tsuda.
