Through a collaboration between KLK Land and Kuen Cheng Holistic Education Bhd, approximately 9.78 acres of land have been allocated for the development of the new campus within the township’s integrated education zone.

The expansion comes in response to the growing demand for placements at the well-known Kuen Cheng High School in Kuala Lumpur, while bringing holistic education closer to families in the Northern Klang Valley Corridor. The proposed campus is expected to begin student recruitment for the 2028 academic year intake.

Completed with CCC in 2025, Jardin 2 is priced from RM875,800, with limited units available.

Quinton Residences offers premium cluster homes designed for families upgrading to a more spacious landed lifestyle. The homes sit on land sizes of 32 ft by 65 ft and feature built-ups ranging from 2,016 sq ft to 2,418 sq ft, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The recently completed Quinton Residences is priced from RM1.09mil, with limited units available.

The Walden 2 introduces a limited collection of modern Balinese-inspired one- and two-storey bungalows designed for families who appreciate resort-style living. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the development comprises only 69 low-density homes with generous land sizes of 60 ft by 100 ft and spacious built-ups ranging from 2,938 sq ft to 4,088 sq ft. Offering five bedrooms and five bathrooms, the homes are priced from RM2.1mil onwards.

In line with KLK Land’s sustainability efforts, The Walden 2 incorporates features such as EV charger points, solar heaters, solar panels, and rainwater harvesting systems. The residences are also thoughtfully designed to support comfortable multi-generational living. Lofty 4.3m ceiling heights within the living areas enhance natural daylight and ventilation, while elderly-friendly features such as wider guest room entrances and spacious disability-friendly bathrooms - improve accessibility within the home.

Despite its serene setting, BSC remains highly accessible through major highways including the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), LATAR Expressway, Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), West Coast Expressway (WCE) and Federal Route 54.

This connectivity allows residents to travel conveniently to key areas such as Kota Damansara, Sungai Buloh, Subang and Shah Alam within approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Public transportation accessibility is also supported by Selangor Bus services, while the Sungai Buloh MRT station is located approximately 15km away from the township.

To enhance internal mobility, KLK Land is planning to introduce dedicated shuttle van services in tandem with the completion of the lifestyle mall.
