The IOI City Mall StarProperty.my Fair is a one-stop destination for Puchong, Cheras, Kajang, Nilai, and Cyberjaya dwellers to find their new forever home

This five-day fair opens at IOI City Mall, from 12th to 16th June 2019 at 10 am until 10 pm.
The first 100 people to register and complete a survey at the IOI City Mall StarProperty.my Fair will receive a goody bag and a free CTOS check (valued at RM25). Visitors who complete our survey will also score a redeemable Kenny Rogers Roasters voucher (terms and conditions apply).
On 15th and 16th June, visitors get to enter a lucky draw contest and stand the chance to win shopping vouchers, gift cards, and shopping vouchers worth up to RM1,000 every day. The three lucky draw sessions are at 12 pm, 4 pm, and 8 pm on each day.
There is more besides a lucky draw contest for visitors – homebuyers also have a shot at winning lucky draw prizes worth up to RM12,000 upon submission of a sales order! Visitors and homebuyers alike will get to be in the running for great prizes!
The "Beli & Menang" contest is still on-going and new homebuyers who have their sales and purchase agreement (SPA) successfully completed will stand a chance to win a brand-new Proton X70! Homebuyers must have purchased a property exhibited at the StarProperty.my Fair to be eligible to enter the "Beli & Menang" contest.
At the fair, there will a Father’s Day themed activity where children can paint a T-shirt for dad. Since the best gifts are personalised, this token of love makes for a perfect Father’s Day gift. The T-shirt painting activity for the little ones will be taking place on Saturday and Sunday (15th and 16th June 2019). This workshop is completely free-of-charge for children aged 4 years to 12 years old only (pre-registration has been closed).
There will be many opportunities to win prizes, gifts, and rewards. This fair has something for everyone so bring the little ones for some family time!
