PETALING JAYA: Property developer Malton Bhd has successfully topped out River Park condominium in Bangsar South and marked a record of 2.5 million safe man-hours with zero lost time injury to date. With a gross development value (GDV) of RM1bil, River Park is scheduled for completion in 3Q 2026.
