PETALING JAYA: Property developer Majestic Gen has launched Majestic Aman, a freehold residential and commercial development at Taman Sungai Dua Utama in Penang. With a gross development value (GDV) of RM66.8mil, Majestic Aman comprises 73 double-storey terrace homes and 23 double-storey shop offices.
The freehold development connects seamlessly to major highways, including the North-South Expressway and Penang Bridge, allowing easy access to areas including Butterworth, Prai industrial zones and key commercial hubs across Seberang Perai.
Amenities available near the development include public and international schools, healthcare centres, KTM commuter links and shopping malls like Sunway Carnival Mall, Lotus’s Seberang Jaya and Mydin Bukit Mertajam.
Each of the double-storey terrace homes measures 20 ft by 70 ft and has a built-up of 1,789 sq ft. The unit design incorporates an open layout to promote interaction and north-south orientation for ventilation and natural light optimisation.
“With Majestic Aman, we wanted to create spaces that feel open, nurturing, and ready for the family," said executive director Ta Wee Dher.
Meanwhile, the shop office unit has a built-up of 2,427 sq ft and features a column-free design and wide frontage for good visibility.
The development has over 500 registered interests since its preview in June. It is targeted to be completed in 2027.
