PETALING JAYA: Property developer Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has completed M Luna’s Tower A and B in Kepong with the highest Safety and Health Assessment in Construction (SHASSIC) score of 94.02% among all Mah Sing projects and clocked three million man-hours without Lost Time Injury (LTI).

At the topping-up ceremony, group founder and managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the group is proud to celebrate M Luna’s key milestone.

“M Luna garnered favourable feedback, providing additional evidence that our projects are meticulously planned with a focus on prime locations in well-established neighbourhoods. Due to the spillover demand from M Luna, we launched M Nova last August. In 2024, we are confident of launching many more projects and will continue to look for suitable lands that can replicate the success of our M Series residential developments,” Leong said.

Also present at the topping-out ceremony were group chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang, executive director Datuk Seri Leong Yuet Mei, members of the senior management team, consultants and M Luna’s main contractors.

The fully taken-up M Luna is the tallest residential development in Kepong with 57 floors and a total of 1,672 units and built-up sizes of 700 sq ft, 850 sq ft and 1,000 sq ft. It is currently 83.5% completed.

In the meantime, M Luna’s neighbouring development M Nova comprises three blocks of serviced residences with three practical layouts – 700 sq ft, 850 sq ft and 1,000 sq ft and priced from RM328,000. This affordable mixed development also comes with 11 units of retail lots and one drive-through retail. It has achieved a 90% take-up rate for Tower A.
