PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) recently celebrated the early completion of its second residential development at Kepong, M Luna. To top it off, M Luna also obtained a high 86% Qlassic score, 94% in Shassic and 4.2 million man-hours without Lost Time Injury (LTI).

At the appreciation night, bankers, media, analysts and agents celebrated the success and witnessed the presentation of the Qlassic certificate by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) chief executive officer Datuk Sri Mohd Zaid Zakaria and the Shassic certificate by Occupational Safety and Health Department of WP Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya operation deputy director Nor Zamzuri Md Nor. Also present was Mah Sing chief executive officer and executive director Datuk Voon Tin Yow.

Founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the group is proud of its achievements. “This is a testament to our commitment to delivering quality products to our customers within the stipulated timeline,” he said.

“Other than the completion of projects, we have been active in replenishing our landbank this year, with four lands acquired including MSS Business Park in Sepang, M Tiara 2 in Johor Bahru, M Aspira in Taman Desa, and most recently M Aurora in Old Klang Road, which was acquired earlier this month. Moving forward, we will continue to look for suitable lands to replicate the success of our M Series developments that meet market demand,” he added.

M Luna has been fully sold and features two towers with a total of 1,672 units, offering a variety of unit sizes for young families and professionals.
