PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has acquired 2.78 acres of freehold land in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur for RM32mil which is earmarked for the planned development of M Aria, comprising apartments with three to four bedroom configurations. M Aria’s gross development value is estimated at RM283mil.
“Sentul is a strategic and important market for Mah Sing, given its prime location as a mature community with strong market demand, adjacent to Kuala Lumpur’s city centre. Leong added that M Aria will be building on the success of its two previous projects in Sentul, M Centura and M Arisa which are fully sold.
