KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has officially opened the sales gallery for M Aria, marking its third milestone development in Sentul. With prices starting from RM498,000 for three-bedroom units, M Aria promises to enhance the vibrant enclave of Sentul.
The development spans 2.78 acres of prime freehold land and features 606 apartment units with three to four-bedroom layouts. With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM283mil, M Aria caters to first-time homebuyers, working adults, families, upgraders and investors.
“2025 has been a very busy year for us, with sales galleries opening in all three regions where we operate, namely M Legasi in Semenyih, M Grand Minori in Johor Bahru and M Zenni in Penang. Now, with the opening of M Aria’s sales gallery, it reflects our continued confidence in Sentul’s growth potential. With a solid brand presence, a proven track record together with a healthy and strong balance sheet, we will continue to scout for more strategic lands to expand our residential and industrial portfolios in Klang Valley, Johor and Penang,” said Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.
Following the successes of M Centura and M Arisa, M Aria continues Mah Sing’s legacy of delivering quality, sustainable homes surrounded by mature neighbourhoods. Strategically located just 5km from Kuala Lumpur City Centre, M Aria aims to replicate the sold-out success of its predecessors.
“With M Aria, our goal was to create more than just another high-rise development. We wanted to shape a living space that blends modern architecture with natural tranquillity. Every detail from the landscape design to the interior flow of the units was carefully curated to bring balance, comfort and a sense of belonging to residents. M Aria is designed for those who seek a refreshing sanctuary within the rhythm of city life,” added Mah Sing chief operating officer Chris Chen.
Present at the opening ceremony were Mah Sing corporate admin vice president Puan Sri Sulvian Leong, group chief executive officer Datuk Voon Tin Yow, deputy group chief executive officer Lionel Leong, executive directors Datuk Sri Leong Yuet Mei and Datuk Steven Ng and group strategy and operations director Jane Leong.
The M Aria Sales Gallery is now open, inviting homebuyers to explore immersive show units and detailed scale models of the development.
