PETALING JAYA: KLK Land has secured key tenants for its Coalfields Retail Park at Bandar Seri Coalfields, with plans to open by the end of Q2 2026. The retail park aims to become a new hub for the Greater North Klang Valley, featuring a mix of groceries, lifestyle, dining, wellness and entertainment.
Confirmed tenants include Maybank, Pickle Park, KKV, Decathlon, Skechers, Harborland, Village Grocer, Bluefrost Ice Skating Rink, Serai, Harvey Norman and Panda Eyes. The retail park will cover approximately one million sq ft with 135 retail lots and is expected to attract over five million visitors annually.
KLK Land managing director Lee Wen Ling officially welcomed the tenants at the ceremony. She said: “With the arrival of our key tenants, we are one step closer to realising our vision for Coalfields Retail Park as a meaningful retail and social destination that serves the community, fosters connection and brings people together.”
