PETALING JAYA: IOI Properties Group (IOIPG) has officially opened Central Park @ Senna Puteri, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, during a ceremony officiated by Sepang Municipal Council president Ani Ahmad. The opening marks the first phase of the 2.75-acre community park which will be further opened in stages.
Also present were IOIPG group chief operating officer Teh Chin Guan, central region property development director Ho Kwok Wing, 16 Sierra, Warisan Puteri and Senna Puteri general manager Calvin Sew and Kota Warisan Residents’ Consultative Committee chairperson Victor Chong Voon Fei.
“The official opening today is only the beginning. We will continue to expand this community park in phases, seamlessly integrating more green areas into Central Park as part of the greater master plan of Senna Puteri, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi. I am also pleased to note that our continued efforts in enhancing Central Park will be ready to greet the first-movers of our inaugural residential project Aurelia when they move in by Q2 2027.”
The community park features the Senna Stoneridge zone, with lifestyle amenities such as multipurpose courts, a basketball court, outdoor gyms, an amphitheatre and a sand pit. Solar-powered lights and security cameras will be installed at walkways to ensure public safety.
IOIPG also said it plans to open two more recreational spaces, Senna Creek and Senna Grove, in the future, with the former planned for opening in Q42026 and the latter in Q12027.
