PETALING JAYA: Waste management solutions service provider PJBumi Bhd is selling 2.02 ha in Kedah for RM4mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, PJBumi said the disposal would provide an opportunity for the company to unlock the immediate value of the property that currently does not generate any income. It said the bulk of the proceeds from the sale would be utilised to repay bank borrowings. PJBumi is selling the land to Kedah-based Northern Jewel Sdn Bhd, which is a dormant company.
