As reported in The Star Online, I-BHD has registered a 100% take-up rate for its two home-office suite projects situated in i-City, a 29.13ha freehold development located along the Federal Highway. Chester Properties has taken up the remaining 30 units of i-SoHo and 120 units of i-Suite.
The i-SoHo with a gross development value (GDV) of RM438mil that comprises 925 Soho units is scheduled for handover by the end of this year, whereas i-Suite consisting of 825 units with a GDV of RM448mil is expected to be ready by mid-2017.
i-City is envisioned as an international business hub by day and lifestyle haven by night with a mixed development of commercial, residential and leisure components. The development also include corporate towers, cyber office suites, serviced apartments, hotels and data centres.
The highlight of i-City is a 139,354.56sq m shopping mall, a joint development with Thailand’s Central Retail Group.
