PETALING JAYA: HCK Capital Group, via its wholly owned subsidiary Light Odyssey Sdn Bhd, has formed a strategic partnership with short-stay property management firm Maplehome Synergy. This collaboration aims to enhance property management services and improve the experiences of residents and guests across HCK's developments, including e.Sentral SmartCity and Platinum Premium Suites.
Property owners will receive comprehensive services for smooth operations, including setup, marketing and guest management. Maplehome will manage short-stay operations at both e.Sentral SmartCity and Platinum Premium Suites, elevating the overall living experience.
