
KUALA LUMPUR: Johor-based contractor Haily Group Bhd secured a construction contract and will construct 113 double-storey terrace houses and associated infrastructure in Taman Impian Emas, Johor Bahru. The contract, worth RM48.21mil from Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd, was given to Haily Group’s subsidiary, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd.
“This award reflects the continued confidence developers have in Haily’s ability to deliver high-quality landed residential projects in Johor. Our focus remains on disciplined execution and timely delivery, ensuring we support our clients effectively as they meet the robust housing demand in the region,” said Haily Group founder and executive director See Tin Hai.
“With this latest contract, our cumulative secured contracts now stand at a healthy RM1.30 billion. This provides us with strong earnings visibility over the next few financial years and allows us to be selective in our bidding, focusing on projects that offer the best value and margin stability for the Group,” he continued.
The Taman Impian Emas contract strengthens Haily’s position in Johor’s growing residential construction market. With this addition, Haily now manages 27 ongoing projects.
