As reported in The Star Online, The Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (Penang branch) has organised Malaysian Secondary Property Exhibition (Maspex) for the fourth year.
The four-day event, starting tomorrow until Sunday will feature about 20 booths with each exhibitor offering up to 250 properties in Penang.
With a choice of 5,000 plus properties costing from RM250,000 to RM1mil plus, the event will give potential buyers the opportunity to search their dream homes under one roof.
Visitors to the exhibition booths will enjoy an interesting range of secondary properties being offered for sale or for rent.
The exhibition will be held from 10.30am to 10.30pm at Queensbay Mall in Bayan Baru.
It will also feature an array of talks on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
State Town, Housing and Country Planning Committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said the Penang government would also exhibit state properties at the fair.
“However, they are not secondary market properties.
“They are affordable housing projects which Maspex is supportive of,” he added.
He was speaking to reporters at a press conference at Komtar on Monday.
