PETALING JAYA: The youth division of the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia (Rehda Youth) conducted a forum on the coexistence of technology, sustainability and property industry that brought together speakers from various parts of the world.
The event, held in partnership with Nippon Paint, is titled "Future Forward Forum 2017- Trends: Insite".
Ho & Partners Architects, Engineers & Development Consultant Ltd (Hong Kong) deputy managing director Nicholas Ho touched on the "One Belt One Road" project and the upcoming New Manila Bay City of Pearl in his talk titled "How SMART can you AFFORD to be?"
Another speaker who graced the forum is the IKEA Southeast Asia head of sustainability Dr Lee Hui Mien.
The event also featured SPARK Architects (Singapore) director Stephen Pimbley, Builk Asia Co Ltd (Thailand) principal and chief executive officer Patai Paduntin, Shanghai Distrii Technology Development Co Ltd (China) founder and chief executive officer Dr Hu Jing and Panasonic Malaysia strategic B2B development general manager Tan Chee Hon.
