KUALA LUMPUR: Eupe Corporation Bhd (Eupe) recently celebrated the topping out of Est8@Seputeh, a high-rise residential development developed with partner MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd.

Est8 stands as Eupe’s response to the complex challenges of contemporary urbanisation that an increasingly dense and space-constrained city such as Kuala Lumpur is now presenting,” shared Eupe group managing director Datuk Beh Huck Lee at the ceremony.
Dedicated to sustainability, 73% of Est8 will be green spaces, including layered gardens and sky parks that promote wellness. The development will also showcase five monumental sculptures, enhancing the skyline while providing engaging public spaces. A covered walkway to Mid Valley Megamall will offer easy access for residents, combining convenience with community.
Additionally, Est8 integrates passive cooling and solar panels, minimising reliance on artificial cooling and helping reduce carbon emissions to promote a greener and healthier lifestyle for all.
