Conlay Signatures Suites, the final phase of Conlay by E&O, offers 194 ready-to-move-in fully furnished units.
KUALA LUMPUR: Eastern and Oriental Bhd (E&O), in collaboration with Japan's Mitsui Fudosan Group, has officially launched Conlay Signature Suites. This marks the second and final phase of the Conlay by E&O development, which was designed by the acclaimed Kerry Hill Architects in partnership with GDP Architects.
Positioned on the uppermost 12 floors of the 51-storey tower, the Conlay Signature Suites offers a refined collection of 194 residences, with built-ups ranging from 635 sq ft to 3,617 sq ft, in 1-bedroom to 3+1-bedroom penthouse configurations. Each unit is designed to take full advantage of unobstructed city views and is fully furnished with premium finishes and exclusive fittings in spacious layouts suited for modern cosmopolitan living.
Managing director Kok Tuck Cheong said the launch reaffirms the strong demand in the market for homes that are well-located and thoughtfully designed for quality and distinction.
“What sets E&O’s Conlay development apart from other luxury residences in the area is consistency in quality, distinctive architecture and sustainable features, making it a new landmark in this location,” he said.
Developed on 1.44 acres of freehold land, the fully completed project consists of two phases: Conlay Residences, which is fully sold, and Signature Suites, which achieved a 40% take-up rate since its soft launch in May.
“The (entire development’s) 76% take-up rate represents a strong market endorsement for the project,” Kok added.
GDP Architects chief executive officer and founder Kamil Merican said the project was made special by collaboration with the late Kerry Hill, whom he described as a master of his craft.
“It stands as a testament to the great working relationship between our two offices and our mutual respect as fellow architects,” he said.
Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Malaysia managing director Masayoshi Saito said the group takes pride in joining forces with E&O for the development.
“This partnership combines Mitsui Fudosan’s global vision with E&O’s strong heritage in hospitality and design, creating a truly iconic address for discerning buyers in Kuala Lumpur,” he said.
Conlay by E&O is supported by an extensive suite of lifestyle and wellness facilities spread across Levels 11 and 36, including heated infinity pools, gymnasiums, themed communal spaces, a library, billiard and music rooms and sky dining. Residents will also enjoy 24-hour on-demand concierge services, which include access to a personal chef for private dinners, housekeeping, food and newspaper delivery, pre-arrival shopping, car hires and basic unit maintenance services.
The project is GreenRE Gold (provisional) certified, incorporating measures including energy-efficient fittings, natural ventilation systems, and green-labelled materials. It is within easy walking distance from the Conlay MRT station as well as being in the vicinity of lifestyle hotspots such as Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and KLCC.
