As reported in The Star Online, residents at Nidoz Residences @ Desa Petaling, Kuala Lumpur can enjoy fresh organic vegetables, fruits and herbs right from the 0.3ha urban farm located next to the four-tower condominium development.
Exsim Development Sdn Bhd marketing and corporate communications head Michelle Siew said the urban farming concept was popular in other countries but it was relatively new in Malaysia.
The semi-furnished units at the condominium come in two types of layout with built-up areas of 1,219sq ft and 1,403sq ft, with four-plus-one bedrooms and five bedrooms respectively.
“All units will have built-in wardrobes and a fully-equipped kitchen,” added Siew.
The layout emphasises the number of rooms yet with comfortable spaces to target those with big families or wish to upgrade.
There are a total of 1,305 units across four towers, with each tower consisting of 41 stories.
The first phase, which comprises Tower B, C and D, are open for sale and 70% are sold to-date, while Tower A will be launched within the second quarter of next year.
Future residents of Nidoz Residences @ Desa Petaling will get to enjoy leisure facilities such as the yoga deck, lounges, pools, outdoor gym as well as viewing decks on level 41, the rooftop’s Sky Facilities.
Other facilities at the condominium include a badminton court, half basketball court, children’s playground, indoor gym, wading pool and multi-purpose hall.
Located within the thriving township of Desa Petaling, nearby amenities include hypermarkets, eateries, clinics and community malls.
The development is connected to several major routes such as the Maju Expressway (MEX) and the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway.
