SUBANG JAYA: Avaland has launched Avalon, a Balinese-inspired residential development in Cybersouth, covering 25 acres with 343 double-storey homes. These homes, ranging from 2,004 sq ft to 2,454 sq ft, are priced from RM600,000 to RM1.02mil. Phase 1 includes 166 units with a gross development value of RM151mil and has been fully taken up.
“Avalon complements Cybersouth’s masterplan by enhancing liveability and sustainability through design innovation and craftsmanship. The strong response to Phase 1 reflects buyers’ confidence in our commitment to purposeful, value-driven development. We’re pleased to announce that registration for Avalon Phase 2 will open in the coming weeks,” said Avaland chief operating officer Aw Sei Cheh.
Present at the launch event alongside Aw were chief financial officer Shirley Leong, chief executive officer Apollo Bello Tanco (Pol) and project development director Kogelevanan Thinakaram.
Awarded the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025/26 for its design, Avalon integrates well into the Cybersouth ecosystem alongside future developments. The community park operates on renewable energy and focuses on biodiversity, having planted over 200 native trees, including endangered species.
