PETALING JAYA: A good response turned up for the launch of the Casa Embun Phase 2 as well as Avaland’s Cybersouth Carnival at the Cybersouth Sales Village.
Comprising 505 units of serviced apartments with sizes ranging from 550 sq ft to 1,541 sq ft in two distinct layouts of two bedrooms and one bath or three bedrooms and two baths, Phase 2 of Casa Embun has a gross development value of RM202mil. The developer, Avaland Bhd, formerly known as MCT Bhd, launched the first phase in January 2022 and it achieved an 85% take-up rate within the first twelve months.
“Casa Embun is our first vertical development in Cybersouth and we are glad that it has been well-received by our purchasers. (It) was built in line with Avaland’s vision for Cybersouth as a township which creates enduring value and is home to a thriving community. This is a testament that the innovations that we built into Casa Embun are in line with market demand,” said chief executive officer Apollo Bello Tanco.
The development offers family-friendly facilities such as a multipurpose pavilion for family gatherings with BBQ facilities and outdoor dining, a themed playground, a 25-meter swimming pool and children’s wading pool, a gymnasium overlooking the pool, sports facilities such as futsal and badminton courts, a 0.9-km jogging path and EV charging facilities. It is part of the 417-acre Cybersouth township developed by Avaland and features a 25-acre central park with a jogging track that doubles as a cycling track and is complemented by clubhouse facilities.
“We are now also upgrading some of the facilities at Cybersouth in view of the changes in lifestyle and community needs. It is part of Avaland’s continuous effort to enhance the safety, accessibility and well-being aspects of the township for the benefit of the community,” Tanco added.
Casa Embun phase two is priced from RM250,000. For more information visit www.avaland.com.my and https://cybersouth.my.
