SUBANG JAYA: Avaland held a groundbreaking ceremony at its Avenue25 project site to officially kick off the construction of a dedicated 300m pedestrian-covered walkway and link bridge to the USJ21 LRT Station. The ceremony was officiated by Kinrara assemblyman Ng Sze Han. “This pedestrian link bridge reflects Selangor’s commitment under the First Selangor Plan (RS-1) to drive smart mobility, sustainable growth and people-centric development. By improving first-mile and last-mile connectivity, we are encouraging greater use of public transport, reducing traffic congestion and cutting carbon emissions. This is how we build healthier, more resilient communities. The event was also graced by Subang deputy mayor Mohd Zulkurnain Che Ali, MBSJ councillor Lee Jen Uyin and MBSJ engineering department director Mohd Ariffuddin Kamari.
