PETALING JAYA: The last beam for Ativo Suites, the second and the latest residential chapter to be completed in the ongoing development of Damansara Avenue, has been placed. To celebrate the occasion, property developer TA Global Bhd held a topping-out ceremony to mark the near completion of the 48-acre mixed-use super-hub.
Once fully completed, the freehold two-tower serviced apartment will house 668 units fitted with a curated selection of branded appliances and smart home system.
“To see Ativo Suites take shape has been a joy. We are proud to have made it to the top of the project and are very encouraged by the strong take-up rate since its launch,” said TA Global Bhd general manager Lee Yen Foong.
Right at the heart of the masterplan, Ativo Suites centres on accessibility and convenience. Not only is the development flanked by two vibrant retail and dining hotspots, an upcoming pedestrian link bridge to the Sri Damansara Sentral MRT station easily connects it to the greater part of Kuala Lumpur.
To date, Ativo Suites recorded a take-up rate of 90% and is on track to be completed by the end of this year as scheduled. The next phase of Damansara Avenue, Ativo Annexe, also shows good progress as it enters the planning stage’s last mile.
Perpetuating the masterplan’s integrated effort, Ativo Annexe, with an estimated gross development value of RM3bil, will balance multiple components, such as office and residential towers, a mall, a medical centre, serviced suites and senior living apartments, all within its 15-acre precinct.
Meanwhile, the proposed link bridge’s construction connecting to the Sri Damansara Sentral MRT station will begin in the fourth quarter of this year.
Also present at the topping-out ceremony are Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd project director Yip Kai Weng, managing director Wie Hock Beng, COO Soh Choon Guan, TA Global Bhd senior project manager Sam Lim Yet Sum, head of sales and marketing Ken Choy and GDP Architects Sdn Bhd director Wan Bahrum Wan Ali.
