Armani Group,  L’Occitane and Five Senses announce tripartite collaboration

KUALA LUMPUR: Armani Group has announced a major strategic collaboration aimed at elevating urban hospitality standards through a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with premium hospitality operator Five Senses by WIT Ventures Sdn Bhd (WIT Ventures) and global wellness brand L’Occitane en Provence. 

The partnership seeks to integrate high-end hospitality management with sustainable, sensory-led wellness experiences, targeting a growing demographic of urban residents and travellers who prioritise holistic living. 

Under this collaboration, Five Sense by WIT Ventures will helm the hospitality operational framework, delivering high-quality, service-led stay experiences across selected Armani Group developments while  L’Occitane en Provence is expected to integrate its signature range of amenities across key hospitality touchpoints to enhance the overall guest experience. 

“This collaboration marks a meaningful step in our efforts to elevate urban living standards through strategic partnerships with established hospitality and lifestyle brands. Beyond quality developments, today’s market increasingly values experiences, service and long-term asset appeal – all of which this initiative is intended to strengthen across our portfolio,” said Armani Group’s group sales and marketing director William Lau. 

L’Occitane Southeast Asia general manager Elida Wong said the skin care, body care and hair care company are excited to be part of this tripartite collaboration with Armani Hallson KLCC and Five Sense. "Through this partnership, L’Occitane contributes more than premium amenities – we bring our philosophy of meaningful performance where sensorial pleasure, proven efficacy and sustainability come together seamlessly across key hospitality touchpoints," she said. 

WIT Ventures managing director Thow Calvin added: “Armani Hallson KLCC is the definitive landmark of Urban-Resort living, redefining the Malaysian hospitality skyline. Also present at the event were Armani Group managing director Datuk Sri Azlan Azmi, Five Senses business head Sean Chiah and L’Occitane retail and sales operations senior manager Simon Loh and regional B2B and SPA manager Cyndy Voon. 

Armani Hallson KLCC, a multiple award-winning development by Armani Group, will be the first to implement this initiative. It will subsequently be rolled out progressively across selected projects within the group’s portfolio.
