PETALING JAYA: Armani Group has expanded its presence to Indonesia with the launch of Armani Hallson KLCC in Jakarta, bringing the luxury development to discerning buyers in the Indonesian market.
Held at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, the event was attended by investors and high net worth individuals and also featured live performances and Q&A sessions with experts.
“Indonesia has always been a market we’ve watched closely. After a period of in-depth study, we believe the timing is right to introduce Armani Hallson KLCC to Indonesian buyers,” said sales and marketing director William Lau.
Also present were chief operating officer Maria Wan Malek and senior sales manager Hafiz Iskandar Rashid. Besides Indonesia, Armani Group also has a presence across Hong Kong, Japan, China, and Taiwan.
In Kuala Lumpur, Armani Hallson KLCC has achieved a 70% take-up rate since its launch in August. With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM3bil, Armani Hallson KLCC represents Armani Group’s most significant project within Kuala Lumpur’s prestigious Golden Triangle.
