“We are pleased to be working with Fubon Land and National Properties. The Master Collection in Taipei is located in an exceptional area surrounded by green hills and picturesque landscape One of the five architects, Jim Olson, is the mastermind behind the villa on 19 Shek O Road in Hong Kong and is recognised for his concise ability to translate clients’ individual preferences into design, while Richard Meier is the recipient of the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize. Given the caliber of the five distinguished architects, The Master Collection is even more exclusive than standalone residential developments in Hong Kong and we are confident in its investment value,” said Savills (Hong Kong) Limited managing director of residential sales Keith Chang.
“We have seen a lot of interest in Taiwan from Hong Kong buyers. They value Taiwan’s strong culture and leisurely pace of life as well as the freehold property laws that allow future generations to enjoy the exclusive villas. When you consider Taipei’s close distance to Hong Kong, we are confident this development is destined to be a first choice for a holiday or retirement home,” added Phoenix Property Investors assistant vice president of asset management Jenny Cheung.
