Within the city centre of Subang Jaya, there are plenty of high-rise developments. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance of e-Tiara. As such, residents do not require to drive out for shopping, groceries and food. One of the major problems of e-Tiara is the lack of covered parking spaces. Residents who have more than two cars have to park their cars outside the compound. However, there is a very limited roadside area near the building. Certain lower units which are facing the highway not only have to endure noise from the traffic, but also the passing KTM trains. There are many students living around the area due to the close proximity to many colleges. Therefore, residents should prepare to face traffic congestion. The traffic congestion around the area is very bad during peak hours. Even though the interchange to Subang - Kelana link has been built to cater the large traffic in the area, it does not seem capable enough to handle more traffic currently.
