Setia Ecohill is a mixed township development located in Semenyih, Selangor. It will have a gross development value of near RM4 billion by the established developer, SP Setia. The development aims to create a conducive, sustainable and eco-friendly environment for families.In terms of amenities, the nearest shopping complex is the Bangi Utama Shopping Complex located approximately 10 kilometers away. However, there are two Tescos in the vicinity, with one located right opposite the development. Eateries such as McDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC could be found directly opposite the development too. For other amenities such as banks, one would have to travel to Semenyih town itself, roughly 3 kilometers away, where Public Bank, Hong Leong and several other banks have branches. The response was nothing short of overwhelming, with 25,000 registrants as well.Semenyih is previously and is still regarded by some as under-developed, but recent years have seen to substantial growth in the township itself. With the backing of SP Setia's deep pockets and projects, Semenyih is set to become a potential hotspot in the years to come. The development is competitively priced, especially with the name of SP Setia attached to it. At launch prices, many regard the development as a steal.
