The StarProperty.my Fair will feature 14 expert panellist at the property expo on May 18^th, 19^th, and 20^th, 2019 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (Halls 2 and 3).

Free seminars will be held throughout all three days by panellists on topics of their expertise. Below is a list of speakers for the first day who will be present at the StarProperty.my Fair and will be sharing their knowledge with you.

Hazwani M. Noor

Hazwani M. Noor is an Assistant Manager (Corporate Comm & PR) and currently works at CTOS. Her topic is on Managing Your Credit Rating with Confidence for a Better Future. She is passionate about educating the public on credit scores and the impact they can have on your banking.

Hazwani has dedicated her career to educating and encouraging people to get their credit scores checked because your credit score can either make or break your property purchase process.

Miichael Yeoh

Miichael will be conducting a talk on the 7 Habits of a Successful Loan Borrower. He has over 20 years of experience in property, mortgages, and the investment industry. Yeoh is the CEO & Founder of GM Training Academy PLT and has previously worked for prominent organizations such as Hong Leong Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Prudential Unit Trust.

Miichael’s topic will tackle the issues people face such as ways to prepare before applying for a loan and how to increase the success rate of your loan being approved. People can expect to learn how to shop within their means to ensure that their loan will be approved.

Adrian Yeo

Adrian is the Founder & Managing Partner of AdrianYeo PLT. His topic of discussion will be centred around Purchase Vehicle & Tax Tips for Property Investment. Adrian has over 30 years of experience in the Accounting and Tax industry. He has experience working in accounting firms in London, as well as multi-national corporations in Kuala Lumpur.

Adrian’s topic will revolve around addressing the concerns on the process of obtaining optimum financing, saving on taxes and stamp duties, and maximizing investment returns on disposal. It’s important to note that the choice of purchase vehicle in housing your investment has an impact on your financing, interest rates, real property tax gain, stamp duties and more. Property investors should always focus on two things: rental income (cash flow) and capital appreciation.

Siva Shanker

Siva is the Head of Investments at Axis REIT Managers Berhad and he will be sharing a piece of his vast knowledge on Malaysia Baru - What Lies Ahead for the Property Market with the public. He has over 35 years in the property industry, having worked in large international property consultancy companies and serving as President of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents for the 2013/2015 term.

Dave Liu

Dave Liu is the co-author of Follow the Trains, property trainer, and speaker. Follow the Trains was written as a tool to help people navigate the trends and potential of real estate within close proximity to the MRT Line 1. This book provides investors with all the knowledge, trends, in-depth analysis, and more as an effort to help people make informed and successful decisions.
