Heads are turning towards the HOPSCA concept introduced for Lake City @ KL North

Property developer Country Garden’s latest project, Lake City @ KL North is turning heads and that’s a fantastic feat especially with the current property market being so sluggish.

Not only is this an impressive achievement, the mixed-development project is expected to boost the property market around Kepong, Selayang, Sentul and along Jalan Kuching.

An eight-tier security system is one of Lake City’s most impressive features.

Lake City’s first phase is known as Aradia Residence. With the price expected to average at around RM700 per sq ft (psf), Aradia will site over 4.38 acres and comprises three 43-storey blocks with a total of 1,003 residential units and 23 commercial lots. It is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2023.

It will have an eight-storey elevated car park offering units below 1,000 sq ft one car park lot while those above, two.

The dual-key four-bedroom units are sized between 1,484 sq ft and 1,687 sq ft. There will be 86 units of these. All the units will be partially furnished.

Besides residential developments like Aradia, the joint venture development features a 19.63-acre commercial site for a retail mall, hotels and offices.

The number of enquiries from potential buyers bodes well for the entire 80-acre project which will be developed over 10 years.

A total of nine residential and commercial phases which will be built around a natural lake.

Accessibility to the mixed development is good as the project is located next to Taman Wahyu, in Kampung Batu, located off Jalan Kuching, on the way to Rawang in the north.

The KL North area is regarded as a gem due to its proximity to the Kuala Lumpur city centre, with good connectivity to other areas in the Klang Valley via the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong, DUKE highway, and Middle Ring Road 2.

In addition, Lake City @ KL North will be served by the mass rapid transit line 2 (MRT2) and across Jalan Kuching, there is an alternative public transportation in the form of the railway as the KTMB Taman Wahyu station is a stone’s throw away.
