Sri Kancil Development Sdn. Bhd. is a collaboration between Chye Hin Development Sdn. Bhd., an established and reputable property developer and Pembinaan Punca Cergas (PPC) Sdn. Bhd., a ‘Class A’ civil construction engineering company. Decades of property development and construction experience have been combined through the major development projects undertaken by the associated companies.
With support of pioneers of the two companies, Sri Kancil Development Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1994 to develop a total land area of 334 acres in the Royal Town of Kuala Kangsar. This development was named Taman Chandan Putri, also known as the ‘Orchard Hills of Kuala Kangsar’. Taman Chandan Putri was planned as an integrated neighbourhood, strategically located in close proximity to the Kuala Kangsar town. Over the years, Sri Kancil Development Sdn. Bhd. has established a reputation as an innovative and reliable developer, not only providing properties that are attractive and functional but creating homes and communities.
