KWSP-EPF

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is Malaysia’s premier retirement savings fund serving more than 14 million members and is ranked among the largest sovereign pension funds in the world.

The EPF provides retirement benefits for members through efficient and reliable management of their savings whereby members’ contributions are invested in a number of approved financial instruments to generate income which will be distributed as dividends.

The EPF has successfully ventured into property investment and property development since 2003 via direct investment and also joint venture basis. Besides BBCC, the EPF has JV stakes in Eco Grandeur and Eco Horizon amongst the many local and international projects under their property portfolio.
