Villamas Apartment is one of the nine completed projects from Villamas Sdn Bhd, established in 1985, with another four projects running currently with and another one upcoming project in Cyberjaya. Their present developments are focused on Klang Valley and Ayer Keroh in Melaka. It is undoubtedly set in the fortunate hive of matured development of Puchong. Unfortunately this also means that the population in Puchong is of very high density, resulting in traffic congestion every day during rush hour. There are many highways that lead in and out of the area, but most of the time it is a problem getting to the highway itself. Weekends and festive seasons provide a relief in traffic, but traffic is generally an issue in Puchong itself. As all older developments go, Villamas Apartment has had its share of complaints from residents; mostly on the water leakage issues in some units and water staining in others. According to a resident, there are miniature cracks on the outer part of the building that are not structurally threatening that allows water in during heavy raining periods causing the staining; though nothing that a new coat of paint cannot fix yearly.As an investment Villamas Apartment might be sketchy as all of them will be selling at the current market price instead of the earlier launch price. It will further be viewed as an undesirable investment with all the new developments in the area carrying a low starting price that rivals Villamas Apartment’s current selling price as a “used” place. As a residence however, tenants of the apartment have expressed satisfaction despite the water leakage issue, stating it as an excellent place to stay at.
