Villa Dahlia has received mixed reviews. Many love its peace and quiet environment as it is a low density condominium. There are also a lot of friendly neighbors within the neighborhood. Considering the peaceful environment as well as nearby LRT, eateries and shopping mall, Villa Dahlia definitely makes a great place to stay.Management fee was also an issue as some thinks that it is way too pricey to be paying for that amount for services that is not worth the price. Previously, there was a problem with an uncomfortable smell coming from the drain, especially after rainy days. Nowadays, there seems to be no complaint on the smell.
