Despite being located near to the bustling Jalan Ipoh, the neighborhood is relatively quiet. The reason for this is the Tesco Extra building that acts as a buffer. There is no problem of traffic, if one worries about the Tesco Extra attracting many grocery-shopping buyers. Tesco has their own entrance and ample parking space. There is no issue of cars parking along side of the road to the guardhouse.The location of the neighborhood is acceptable. If one has their own transportation, then they do not have troubles. Except that there is only one road to access the neighborhood, Jalan Ipoh. The traffic at Jalan Ipoh is always congested during peak hours.The only nearby public transportation is KTM Taman Wahyu. However, that service requires a short drive to its station. It is a neighborhood to raise a family and get to know the neighbors. Advertisements found for the houses are for selling. It is not much of a place to rent.
