Sri Samudera is a very well located condominium with many access points from major roads where traffic is generally smooth flowing. The traffic may however experience hiccups throughout the day, especially at the junction entering Jalan Mahmoodiah from Jalan Lingkaran Dalam and very much especially if approaching from Jalan Sungai Chat.Despite being located just opposite the Sultanah Aminah Hospital and being located along the main road, this neighbourhood is very much a quiet place surrounded by many landed properties. Many of the residents here are white collared workers who travel across the border for work. There have also been no thefts or robberies reported in this area, giving buyers promise of a safe home.Taman Samudera is an excellent investment, due to its location a stone's throw away from the borders of Malaysia and Singapore.
