Setia Greens, being developed by SP Setia was actually sold at a really low price of approximately less than RM400 psf. Considering the booming prices of properties in Penang, the pricing is really attractive given the development's relatively low pricing. Other buyers also cite a low maintenance fee for the property compared to high-end condominiums which can cost up to RM0.40 psf just going to maintenance.
