The units on the higher floors get to enjoy the magnificent Kuala Lumpur city view and certain units even get to enjoy the KLCC view from the comforts of their own home. However, despite the priceless view, the apartment buildings are a bit run down since the apartment is very old and the apartment even made headlines when many residents of Mutiara Court came out and protested against the cliff top developments for fear of land slides that will endanger their lives.
