As such, traffic is usually quite bad at all times of the days, although traffic does ease a little during off-peak hours. The congestion is usually quite bad, and backs all the way up into the main trunk road of Jalan Beringin that serves Taman Melodies.As the neighbourhood of Taman Melodies is located quite close to the borders of Malaysia and Singapore, many of the residents who live here work in Singapore. As such, buyers can expect a high number of white collar workers within this housing development, all of them of the upper middle and upper income group.Taman Melodies seems to be quite a good investment, seeing that it is located close to the borders and consists of freehold land. Property speculators might however cast their sights on the newer developments that line the border and offer highly attractive packages. However, those who are looking for a permanent home in Johor will find these homes at Taman Melodies to be highly ideal.
