Casa Villa is surrounded by other residential developments namely some landed terraces and low rise flats. By virtue of it being the highest building in its vicinity, it has unobstructed views of its surroundings. Unfortunately, this may be short lived as there is a wide strip of undeveloped land in front of the condominium.Word has it that it may be destined to be another high rise condominium. Should this materialize, views for Casa Villa's residents will be partially blocked.This condominium is a great alternative for people who actually work in the city and yet, have desires to live in a quiet, calm and green community.
